Extruder machines

The HMIs supplied by Altus were key in the overhaul of three extrusion machines responsible for producing PVC pipes at one of the company’s facilities. With 60 screens in total and numerous operator-configured parameters, the solution needed a large, high-performance system capable of handling complex operations efficiently.

By integrating 12" panels from the X2 PRO family, our most advanced HMI series, the machines saw major improvements in processing speed and performance, along with simplified data entry and real-time monitoring of key variables such as speed, temperature, and flow rate.
