Happy People is one of the values that justify each and any of our actions, so it said, we continually seek a better environment for the company in order to increase the joy of our employees. To verify if these actions are aligned with the expectations of our professionals, every year we conduct a survey to measure the level of satisfaction of our colleges. In 2019, we sought GPTW`s support to conduct this survey and received the Great Place to Work certification.

We had more than 90% of Altus`s total audience participating on the survey, which shows our team`s commitment to the initiative. During the analysis of the results, the consultancy identified a great alignment between the values of Altus and those of its collaborators, which is extremely important for the dissemination of the company culture throughout all areas of the corporation. The survey also pointed to the balance between personal and professional life, development opportunities, a welcoming environment and freedom as the most relevant factors for the people who work at here.
