I discovered the company in the last year of my electronics technical course. It was very well spoken of in the school's corridors and among the professors. I felt the desire to work here and, in 2007, my story at Altus began.

Some notable moments were the start of the NX Series; the first time boarding an oil platform; taking on the role of Technical Coordinator for the automation project for the hulls of Petroras' replicating platforms; and the first time commissioning in China.

I discovered Altus in 1996 during a course at Senai Roberto Simonsen, when I programmed the AL-1000 PLC for the first time, and joined the company in 2000. I worked with captivating people, such as the late Nelson Felizzola, who taught me a lot and helped me become a better person.

Our branch in São Paulo is very dynamic. Our team is made up of incredible people with a lot of willpower and vigor. Constant contact with customers allows us to connect the market and R&D. This is certainly not a boring place! That fascinates me. Developing Brazilian technology is not easy and we do it with great competence.

I'm Jones, born on 12/1/1980, happily married, father of two children, master in Electrical Engineering and I play electric bass.

I left the accounting field to study Financial Management and was looking for new opportunities when I found Altus. I started in 2014 as an intern and went through several stages until I reached my current position.

Challenges drive us, and today I see how much experience this has brought me and continues to bring me. I know how much my work contributes to the company as a whole, just as the company contributes to my professional and personal life.

I started my relationship with Altus in 2001 as a client and soon became a partner. During that time, I met some fantastic people and had incredible teachers. In 2013, I accepted the invitation to join the Engineering team, working on Oil & Gas projects.

With this challenge, I began to understand and learn about other sectors and I became more and more enchanted every day. In 2019, I was called for another mission: to support and boost the sales of our products in Asia.

A complex and different mission from the one I was working on, but once again it was enriching and fulfilling. Looking back on this journey, I can sum it all up as recognition, work and opportunity, but mainly, the joy and gratitude in meeting such special people who make Altus Altus.

Altus is a renowned technology company and I was very happy when I was called to participate in the selection process.

This is my first time working in the HR sector. Being surrounded by special colleagues who motivate me every day, the learning and gratitude are immense.
